The United States eAcademy is Schwarzkopf Professional's education hub for hairdressers across the United States. With the goal of connecting and empowering hairdressers across the country, our free online platform provides on-demand tutorials, interactive blended learning experiences and information for our virtual and in-person events and activities.
We believe that education should be a learner-centered experience, and so we bring inspiring and motivating courses to enrich your hairdressing knowledge. We have the tools, the experiences, and the professionals to focus on technical, inspirational and expertise training that will help you enhance your hairdressing skills and ultimately improve your prospects.
Once you are logged in, you can delete your account at any time in your user profile. Please be aware that once you delete your account on eAcademy, you delete it for the whole Schwarzkopf Professional Ecosystem.
You can reset your password anytime by going to the login page of your eAcademy and selecting "Forgot Password".
Yes, you can enrol for as many courses as you like.
Once you log in to your account, you can see a dedicated place called "My Certifications" where you can see the courses and Learning Paths you have enrolled in and your completion status.
As long as you have an account on the eAcademy, you can view all active courses anytime and anywhere until they are retired.
You can watch in-course videos as many times as you'd like, and at your own pace. The duration of courses vary, however, in general, a course takes 5-10 minutes, and a Learning Path made up of multiple courses takes between 20 and 40 minutes.
If you do not pass a test, you can go through the course again to review the information and retest as many times as you'd like.
Your progress in your learning journey is updated in real time. If you don't want to complete a course in one sitting, the course will resume from where you last stopped the next time you log in.
If there is a certificate or badge associate with a course, the badge will display under "My Certifications" after you pass the test associated with the course.
Most of our content is available for free with the goal of providing you with highly informative content to enhance your knowledge free of charge. In the eAcademy, you will also find optional paid online or offline seminars to further your learning.
- A course is an individual microlearning module that contains high quality learning content.
- A Learning Path is a pre-set group of courses designed to guide you through all the courses necessary to achieve a new ability (skill or knowledge. You must complete all the mandatory courses and possibly a test to gain a badge or certificate.
Our courses are for all experience levels, from first time to long time users. Any Learning Paths that may require prior knowledge will contain optional "Pre-Work" courses.
